The individuals data and how to remove individual data

There is some information like your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our platform. This information may be used to connect your computer to the Internet, to be able to stream the meditations. However this data is not stored, collected or used beyond the capabilities of user being able to stream the meditation. As soon as the meditation has ended the stream, so have knowledge of the ip address ended. Other than the IP address known temporarily, no other data is stored on any location further then the device its self. There is no data that is saved or stored on our servers, beyond the temporal knowledge of the IP address. Any data that is temporarily collected on the local device is stored only in the local device for better usage, for example memory chache. Whenever the app is closed completely, all data in that session is/are removed.

 

To remove any collected data which maybe in memory from the usage of the app, the SEONMEDI VR app can simply be deleted. Once the app is removed completely from the device, there will be no remaining data.

If an individual, needs help removing the application, they can contact us on the email address below. This will alow us to help the user accordingly.

Any data collected beyond the application it self, that is personal emails sent to us for any information or queries, will be be kept for the protection of the user and our selves. However, these emails could be removed after a year, depending on the how much disk space we have.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of South Korea without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy except for those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield, or the Swiss-US framework.
